How long does it take to ship an order?

How come I can't order products from my country?

We use 3 different websites for different countries. You must use the correct website to order from your country.

I have not yet received my shipment. What now?

Each shipment has a Track and Trace code, you can track your order with our partner USPS. If you have not received the order within the stated delivery time, we advise you to contact us. This can be done via info@curaloe.ca. We will deal with your question as soon as possible.

Which payment systems are possible? At Curaloe.ca you can complete the order with Ideal, Paypal or Credit card.

How can I return my order? If you want to return the order, please send an e-mail to info@curaloe.ca. Then we will help you with the return process.
